For a pure adrenaline rush this is hard to beat and a hugely exciting aspect of surf lifesaving. Rowing a boat out through surf and then putting it on a wave and surfing it back in is a huge rush! For the right person it can become very addictive!

The surfboat is open to any fit youth or adult from 16 upwards and runs throughout the year, dependent on tides, weather and sea conditions. We have both a women's and a men's team, but Chris Lane is our enthusiastic Surf Boat Captain and is always looking to train new people. Ring Chris on 07937 654536 for a chat.
